There are A LOT of blog postings in here, so to help folk get a vague understanding of what sort of stuff ineaux plays, here are some links to blog postings that will help you out.
Mixing videos & dropping in weird samples from film/tv allows you to have more of thread running through the set than just mixing music, so often I work around themes. But I prefer to choose my own themes and make these fit a with a gig/booking as that generally results in a better set than having to scrape the internet barrel to find themed content. #voiceofexperience
So here’s what I play…
Smack in the middle of my bell curve is wonky electronica and such things, check this setlist for how it all hangs together
I’m big into beats, especially global beats & African riddim, like this and this and this
Despite being an old skool raver, I’m still down with dubstep and bashment malarkey and all that new fangled jazz
I dig the whole swing revival bizniz
I like to throw in random clips between tunes
I dont really like jazz, unless it’s Monkey Jazz, nor am I into trance without good reason
